I've added three additional full body workouts onto the original Quarantine Regime to add more variation to your training regime and take you a level up!

These workouts incorporate exercises using the resistance bands as well as loop bands that add great benefit for glute and abductor exercises.

These three additional workouts level up your regime by introducing slightly more advanced excercises.
