My Rebuilder Program takes the lessons and exercises inside my workbook 'Your Underdog Story' to the next level.
It is a therapeutic program to help you harness your mental and physical well-being.
One to one guidance and support to guide you towards your healthiest self.
It includes:

Support for life challenges such as lack of motivation, purpose, relationship issues and so much more.

The Rebuilder Program offers personalized guidance for both your mental and physical health needs.

The program is delivered in a 1:1 format for 6 weeks online.
Each week we meet to discuss your goals and challenges and find helpful solutions.

Here's how it works

You sign up via email and we will set a day and time that suits the both of us to meet weekly for 6 weeks.

The first session we have a bit of an orientation to assess your goals and decipher some of your challenges.

From there, we meet weekly to help you find the individualized solutions that work for YOU.

I will provide the support and guidance to help on your journey towards the version of you you truly want to be.

Sessions are for one hour, held online at a day and time convenient to both of us.
​
I have learnt that in order to grow and conquer life's struggles a certain amount of vulnerability is required.
Although our situations may not be the same, I've been there. I've done my work even when it's hard and I continue to do my work because it is a life long process.

I offer a safe, non-judgmental and completely confidential space to support you with some of your life challenges.

Cost, duration and location?
We meet online using google meets. You can sign up initially for 6 weekly sessions and extend it if you want.
The cost is $1800 TT for the 6 weekly sessions, the online training programs and personalized support.
